Versatile and aromatic, with floral notes of chamomile and jasmine, plus cinnamon and dried fruits on the finish. Bolivar is an homage to an old recipe found in a 19th century cocktail book. These bitters add complexity and depth to any cocktail. No pre-made extracts or flavors are used in our slow-crafted products.
Ingredients: Alcohol, water, prune juice, raisins, spices (Chamomile, jasmine, cassia & ceylon cinnamon, clove, gentian, orange peel), orange oil.
Use in: Champagne, French 75, Banana Bread.

This daisy cocktail is vibrant, woodsy and refreshing. Whiskey can be floral too!
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Demerara syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz plus 1/8 oz for rinse Heirloom Creme de Flora
- 1 drop Birch extract
- 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
Rinse a Coupe glass with 1/8 oz Creme de Flora. Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice. Shake with a fluid, strong motion and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with Lemon peel and dried Rosebuds.
