BITTERCUBE Orange Bitters - 5 oz
Bittercube Orange Bitters are citrus-forward with aromas of bright orange, toasted coriander, caraway and cardamom. They are finished with a touch of burnt sugar, creating subtle, caramelized orange character. No pre-made extracts or flavors are used in our slow-crafted products.
Ingredients: Valencia and navel oranges, coriander, caraway, quassia, black and green cardamom, burnt sugar, sassafras leaves, dandelion root.
Use in: Whiskey, Gin, Gimlet, Old Fashioned, Mojito, Manhattan, Highball, Wheat beer.

This citrusy cousin to the Martini is a great spirit-forward sipper all year round. The icy and herbaceous Genepy blends seamlessly with a crisp London Dry, and Bolivar & Orange bitters amp up the aromatics.
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 1 3/4 oz London dry gin
- 1/2 oz Heirloom Genepy
- 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Orange Bitters
- 1 dropper/dash Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
- 1 Bittercube Cocktail Cedar
Add all of the ingredients to a stirring vessel and then fill with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled and strain into a Coupe or Nick and Nora. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
