Use them to make this refreshing recipe:

Rose 75

• 1 oz gin
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz sparkling wine
• 7-10 drops PBP Rose Bitters

Shake gin, lime and simple over ice for 6 seconds. Strain into a flute glass. Top with sparkling wine and finish with bitters. Enjoy the patio!
